Will this work for me? I’ve tried so many things in the past that haven't worked.Absolutely. This course is not another way to restrict or remove anything that makes you happy. Most people try things like diets that don’t work because they’re not sustainable. The work you will do throughout the 12-weeks will focus on making changes to your core belief systems that are positive and compassionate. You will learn the most sustainable strategy there is.. Reconnecting back to you.

When can I start and do I have to finish it all in 12 weeks?This course will begin in March 2023, with modules released weekly to a learning portal. Although the course is 12-weeks long, you will have lifetime access to the materials just in case you need to come back to them in the future. Group support and live calls will be available for 12 weeks only.

I don’t have the will power, I have been eating this way for so long. Can I really change?What’s great about this method is that you don’t need will power. Relying on will power and motivation is what keeps you stuck. This work is deep rooted and relies on your intuition rather than what you ‘should’ be doing. If this has been your reality for a long time, it is still 100% possible for you to change. However, it may take a little longer and you will definitely speed this process up with some 1-1 support alongside.

I work and have a lot of responsibilities, will I have time?The great thing about this course is that it is self-paced. You just have to spare 2 hours a week to watch the webinars- but if you miss a week that’s okay. You will have the materials for life, so you can take the time you need. In terms of implementing the work, the tools fit very easily in your day to day life that you won’t notice much difference in your schedule.

I’m not in a bigger body, is this course for me?You don’t have to be in a bigger body to experience lack of trust and incongruence with your body. Relationship with food is heavily mental and emotional, so this work is about your physical and mental health rather than your weight.

Is this a restrictive diet?The word restrictive does not exist here. We know that restriction is what leads to overeating and anxiety around food, so this course is in fact the opposite. It’s about allowing you to have complete freedom with all foods, while enabling you to build the confidence and trust with your body that you won’t go overboard.

I am an all or nothing person. Can i change something so inherent in me?You are not the problem. You have learnt things throughout your life that have affected your relationship with food, and these behaviours can be reversed. If this seems really overwhelming for you, then you will benefit from having 1-1 support alongside the course.

What are the payment terms? What if I can't afford to pay upfront?When you sign up and register your interest, I will be in contact with you about prices and payments. I have a number of options depending on what suits you- this could be paying upfront or monthly.
