I founded Nuna’s Nutrition because I recognised that there was a need for food empowerment coaching in the world of high achieving women. Too many of us are sacrificing our nutrition and health, a major factor in productivity and prosperity.
As a nutritionist, I work as a food freedom & empowerment coach helping women worldwide via online coaching.

My 12-week online course is a great way to learn and apply methods of gaining food freedom, self-awareness and empowerment, while meeting like-minded women who are on the same journey as you.
Over 3 months, you will work through 12 online modules & live 3 group coaching sessions, during which we will cover science-backed principles that you can put into practice using effective tools and methods that will leave you feeling confident, worthy and ready to conquer food freedom and step into your potential every day.
