Protein shakes are a great way to get a good amount of protein if you are on the go. If you struggle to meet your protein requirements through food then protein shakes can be a really tasty alternative.
This shake was made with salted caramel protein by SF Nutrition. I added some spinach too for some extra goodness and I promise you cannot taste it! That's why its called 'Secret' spinach, although you can definitely spot it from a mile away...

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 handful of spinach
30g of salted caramel protein
A pinch of cinnamon
Milk (if needed)
3 tbsp of yoghurt (I use greek)
Chocolate chips for decoration
Chopped hazelnuts to garnish
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender
2. Have a taste and check the consistency. It made need some milk if it is too thick.
3. Melt the chocolate chips and use a spoon to splatter on your glass.
4. Cover the top with yoghurt or melted chocolate, and roll in the chopped hazelnuts.
